| getting on my bad side!

i dont like violence! im more of a lover rather than a fighter, but sometimes when im at work...  some ppl come in there with attitudes (i just started this job so i dont know that much about it). well one night right b4 it was time for me to get off  this (ugly) pregnant lady came in there with her boyfriend and she asked me to get her five packs of cigarettes along with her endless line of canned food. (all different kinds of cigarettes) well im 17 so what the hell do i know about cigarettes? so anyway when i came back with one wrong box, she wanted to get mad and toss them at me saying these are the wrong ones! she called me the N word under her breath  i wanted to tell her to stop acting all hard just because she has a black boyfriend because i would have been happy to knock the wanna be black person out of her (not the baby). i messed her up and i rang her groceries up for $18,725 then i called the manager over... i said it was an "accident" so the manager took it over from there  im not mean or anything, its just she pushed me to the limit
