| Why do men judge women based on their looks?

Are looks the only thing that matter to men?
This is a question I have asked for a long time now. I am not the most beautiful person in the world. I am not a Hollywood chick by any means, but does that make me not worthwhile?
What is it that men are looking for in a woman? If someone could PLEASE answer that maybe that would help in the future!!
