So, here I am looking into finally leaving the "kitchen life". Tired of working the long, hot, tiring hrs there. December will make 2 1/2 yrs at my current job and thought that it was time for a change.
Well, I was thinking bout getting into (try to be a personal chef) something new.
Then, Id be able to cook for who I wanted, when I wanted to, and where I wanted.
Right now, its all up to the money. Just need to buy some odd and end equipment, insurance ($1 million worth), the ok from the health department (only bad thing is trying to catch them in their office), and I need business liscenses where ever I wanted to work.
To be able to apply for a business liscense you must have a company name, which as you guessed it ... I dont have
I hope that someone out there maybe able to help me out in someway
