| third attempt on the money orders

So here is the scoop the first time i tried to cash the three thousand dollar money orders that someone game me my bank was down for someone reason and couldn't cash them.
Second try i went back to the bank and they said that i couldn't cash them. So i went to walmart and tried to cash them there because that's were the money orders came from. Walmart told me that the money orders we in valid and that they could not cash them.
Third attempt (today) i went back to the bank to have them put the three thousand dollars in my bank, but they said that i have to wait five business days until the money is cleared.
