Long Distance

I live in the midwestern part of Missouri. If you are in upstate New York or down south in Mississippi or Georgia or Alabama, that's long distance, in terms of finding a relationship. People looking for "soulmates" want someone close by. Preferences suggest that, but in looking over the " who viewed my profile", it shows more men and women want to talk with people at a distance..

I have not received any winks or emails from anyone in any part of Missouri. I'm guessing that my part of town is looking for "Barbie" or a wifey..
Me, personally, I'm looking for friendship. After "hanging out" for a bit, maybe we can go further. Right now, im just chatting and blogging.

well until someone clicks on your profile they have no way of knowing where you are from. If you are clear in your profile that you want friends and hangouts then hopefully they can read and understand the english language and respond accordingly. Just lookin at your profile is not a sign of a relationship obviously they liked something about you or they wouldn't have clicked on you to learn more. ... Just a thought

Spring, I couldn't agree with you more. I get emails from men over 2000 miles away asking if I would be interested in dating them. I even had one from the UK talk about 'spending all next week making love to me.' I'm here to blog and post, the dating thing is a perk.
