First understand that some people who call themselves Christians, just flat aren't, and couldn't tell you what a Christian is or is suppose to be. Second, you also have to remember that some Christians aren't as strong in what they believe, like babes in Christ yet, They haven't ever gotten to the meat of the Word. Third, and probably the most common thing is this. You have to remember, Christian or not, we are all of the flesh, doesn't excuse it, but I'm not trying to do that, just explain why and answer your question. The very best advice I can give anyone in this circumstance is this. Before you meet anyone, or even get very deep into conversation with someone, is to make sure they understand your beliefs, and that sex will not be part of the dating platform for you.
