| Cannot Sleep

If you cannot sleep like i cannot sleep because you are up worrying about something or even afraid about something do what i do lay in bed and just think of all the good things that happened the last couple of days and then you will fall asleep if not then email me or even just listen to some slow and soft music and then you will fall fast asleep well i am going to follow my advice and go to bed any questions feel free to ask.
