| 7 miles

Oh wow, today I ran for 7 miles. It's been a year since I've run that many miles! I'm probably going to be running even more towards the end of the year as the weather gets drier and cooler. So, as a recap of what I've done in total:
7 miles ran
9 hours worked
3 showers taken
I've lost count of how many smiles I've smiled and laughs I've had today. (great day by the way)
I guess what I'm trying to put out there is that it'd be great to have someone who's got a good set of healing hands they'd be willing to put on me especially on days like this.  I hope all who read this are encouraged by it and that they have a good day! I know I am blessed!
