THE AMERICAN CHILDREN'S TRUST
The primary goal of The American Children's Trust will be to assist in the adoption process of the orphaned children of the United States of America. We will be raising funds to assist families with the high costs that are incrued, in the current adoption procedures. These costs can be accrued in the filing fees and legal fees that are inherent in the adoption process.
Another of our goals will be to appropriate legal assistants and attorneys, who will work with our Foundation to assist potential parents in all legal aspects of their adoption processes. Legal assistance will be appropriated through Pro Bono work from many of our Legal Associates. The Foundation will also be willing to pay specific and reasonable fees for legal assistance that is directed at the adoption and fostering processes, as well as in securing the licencing pertinent to the appropriation and, or, the building of all facilities associated with the Foundation.
We will, also, be encouraging the fostering of children throughout the United States, by offering legal advice and financial assistance to caring adults, who may wish to open their homes to children, who are currently held by the Departments of Children and Families throughout the United States of America.
Our focus will be to garner the funds that will be necessary to provide these wonderful assists to needy children, and to bring them together in loving family environments, with adults who seek to be caring parents and guardians to them.
In time, our goals will expand to include facilities and interests that will focus on raising the funds for these endeavors. We will be reaching out to contributors, who will help us to build these facilities and to ensure their success, long term upkeep, and the Promotion of these facilities.
Another intent of the Foundation will be to assist all of our nation's children, who may be in peril. Such as, making contributions of legal fees and housing assistance to parents and children who are victims of domestic violence or homelessness.
Contributions can also be channeled into college funds for children, who do not make it into adoptive or fostering homes. These would be our orphans, who are presently residing within orphanages around the Nation. Foster children will also be candidates for assistance with Higher Education Tuitions. We feel that we must give the ones who seek a higher education, the opportunities for their futures that they could have had, had they been held and loved in a traditional home environment.
Many American families are suffering through financial and emotional upheavals in their lives. We would wish to offer assistance to them in the form of counseling and employment opportunities. The rule of thumb for assistance or employment by the Foundation will be: "As you receive, so shall you give." The Foundation will expect some form of voluntary services to come from Families that are seeking and receiving assistance from us. All will be expected to participate in the growth and facilitation of the Foundation, through hands on participation in helping others to achieve the same goals, of family unity and security.
Funds from the Foundation may also be allocated to young adults, who are moving out of the children's holding facilities, orphanages and foster homes, into our Common Society. We feel that it is our responsiblity, as caring citizens of the United States of America, to help each of those young adults, who are reaching out for a better future, to efficiently survive and to become caring, giving, responsible, and productive members of this Nation.
At this time, our Foundation will be small and primarily held in the state of Florida. Yet, in time, we wish to expand into every single State of the United States of America. We will offer comfort, guidance, and love to all of the young Americans, who will one day work to ensure that our nation is a great and wonderful place for humanity to reside.
We will always hold the American Children's Trust as most dear.
