I have never been a big Phil Collins fan but today I could not have written anything more appropriate.
Woke up just a bit sore. I have plenty of cuts and bruises on my arms but everywhere else seeks ok. Little pain in my thighs from grasping the log I'm sure. lol
I never get "trick or treaters' "" over at my house. I was over a friends for a while and she had a few. There were lots of kids on the street next to her but it was 4:00 in the afternoon. I guess it is not like the old days when you went out between 6 -9 PM on the 31st no matter what. I think that is a shame because I think our children have lost that magic touch and it shows just how far our society has collapsed. It makes me sad.
Other than that I guess this was just another routine day.
I had a bad night. The Chantix dreams are really kicking in. I do hate that part and today the stomach side effects have kicked in. Not fun either but I have no one to blame but myself. Of course this puts me off the feed. I will sustain myself with liquid if I have to but I will get some food in me no matter what. Hopefully that part of the side effects will pass.
So I spent the evening alone and caught up on the shows I can get off Hulu. Going be asleep early tonight .
I had a brief encounter with Rach today. I guess the outcome was a given. People change ... roles swap. No matter what your role though, there is a price to pay.
I walked a short walk late tonight just to work out my muscles and my emotions a bit.... too cold.
Food: 3 hi-cal drinks,a bacon and cheese sandwich, 4 small Snickers bars and 1 banana. Ok for the way my stomach feels.
