poem = My silent heart

Behind a pair of light brown eyes youll see

a girl who's suffered nd wants to be set free

Her pale white skin shows signs of bruises

But when u ask she gives excuses

Her heart has blackened from all the pain

Her mind is empty ..thoughtless..she's goin insane

She cries out for help and she wants to be set free

But no1 seems to hear her....only i can ...because that poor girl is me

I kno da feelin ma, keep ya head up n stay sittin pretty. I was in an abusive relationship 4 8 years n I felt like I wanted 2 b freed but I felt there was no escape. Plus I was so determined 2 b loyal 2 him I 4got 2 b loyal 2 myself. Once my son came into da picture it became a whole nova story n I had 2 break free 4 fear lil man would grow 2 b jus like his daddy. What doesn't kill u ri....
