| My true story: By Melita Craig...

My name is Melita I was born and raised in St. Louis
Mo. I am the oldest of two beautiful sisters and two
handsome brothers. I thank God for them every single
day, my family is important to me because they have
been there for me through think and thin, and that
is how it should be. Being the only child born with
Cerebral palsy had it's ups and downs, but I never
considered my condition as a horrible bad thing. I
know for a fact that it was a gift from God.
I was seven years old when I drew my first picture
of Mickey Mouse, now at the age of twenty nine I am
drawing better than before and I give God the glory
for blessing me with such an incredible talent. My life has been blessed becuse I was able to share
my story with so many people and now I would love to
share it with you. I had two surgeries a tracheotomy
and some physical trauma that nearly shook me up a
bit, I wanted to give up I really did, but God's
love for me just would not let that happen.
In school I was teased mocked and stared at, my
loving supportive parents taught me how to pray
for those who did not understand my condition. My
heart's desire is to reach out to others and no
matter what I will do just that, because I can do
all things through Christ Jesus who strengths me...
Phi4-13. I want a guy who will except me for who I
am, and that is a strong independent loving young
woman...
