| This is better than TV

Actually, I don't watch much TV. I do like the Simpson's and other adult cartoons on occasion. I'd rather be practicing some tough passages of Irish music, or rocking out to Old time on my fiddle. I have been playing fiddle for close to 40 yrs. I love music, it's all rock and roll to me. I'm pretty tolerant except I don't fair to well with head banger music.I enjoy the throat singers, French Canadian, swing, traditional Irish, good old Appalachian Old time, contra dance music, English Country, Rock and Roll, Classical, and .... Bluegrass. Play claw hammer banjo also. I like to contra dance. It's the best kept secret to life as far as I'm concerned. You meet nice people, listen to live music, and get some fun exercise.If it's really cold out and your camping, it keeps you really warm too! I wish I could find someone out there that likes this kind of activity. I've been doing it for 17 yrs. Someone who would say yeah buddy, to that will hold a special place in my heart.
Besides music, which is a VERY big part of my life, I like to swim. I am looking to become a certified swimming aerobics instructor. Also studying to be a master gardener in Orange Cty. I like to stay busy. I love people. It's amazing how cool people are when they tell you thier story. Animals are cool too. I have 3 cats. They are oldsters. They are easy to live with due to my lifestyle. I like dogs too, but they don't fit my lifestyle or I'd have one. I have 3 twenty something kids, 2 daughters, 1 son, and 3 step daughters also twenty and thirty something. I think this is as much information as I choose to divulge at the moment.
