| My Crystal Ball

I peer into my Crystal Ball,
The future I can see,
It winds around a rocky path,
That leads from you to me.
The valleys are dark,
The meadows are grand,
The sun is warm,
On my outstretched hands.
My crystal ball,
Holds truth unseen,
Except unto my eyes.
Don't look I think,
Let life just flow,
Take your bumps,
Keep on your road.
This path I walk,
It hurts my feet.
It makes me think,
That I am weak.
I close my eyes,
And feel my thoughts,
That race within my head.
My Crystal Ball,
Coated with dust,
The future lies there,
I choose to trust,
The Truth of another,
That allows me to walk,
This path I trod,
Blindly at times,
Stumbling,falling hard.
Brushing away tears,
That fall endlessly,
From my eyes.
He knows best,
He knows my heart,
He knew me from the very start,
My crystal ball,
Is just a ball,
It doesn't hold truth,
No not at all.
