| Been alone longer than 10 years? Tell me about it...

Hi, name is Lydia and I have been single since April, 1998. It feels weird to even type it, but it's true...
What is even more strange is that it is JUST now starting to feel like a minute that I have been alone. It does not feel like 11 1/2 years at all! Now the first 5 years were all about raising my kids an focusing on myself, growing yadee yadee yada...
As for the last 5 years I have been looking - moreso within the last 3... I now feel ready. I know myself now, know what I want/don't want/need/don't need...
I am stable/not rich but I pay my bills... I am fun, attractive, sexy and love to kiss, snuggle and get out and enjoy life! My favorite thing to do on a date is to go somewhere quiet on a nice summer night, like a beach or my place and just talk/get to know each other... This is not a first date (my place), but just something I like to do when getting to know one another...
I do not believe in having sex unless we both consent.. I do not believe in the 3 day waiting to call game... I do not believe in the oh let's just not call again game...
People have feelings attached to this dating experience and I try to treat men with the respect they deserve.
