| Street smart no more

In the Sixties and seventies there was a way to get away from a dysfunctional family that was to get as job.This was the only way out. Since then Ive found that jobs were a farce. Especially if you lived in the south side of Colorado Springs.Since I recovered from the dysfunctional family as everyone else has I learned to make my own decisions just like everyone.I have found that the only real way out was a profound spiritual experience I call being Born again.There is only way and that is Jesus Christ.He is the only true shortcut to anything and everyone else's lies especially my own excuses.Since 1997 I have had a profound Experience in a near physical encounter of the Spirit.There is no other way. The Spirit of the Lord is the true beginning of a journey to a life that can be termed as nothing other than supernatural.By my complete and desperate prayer for forgiveness.I have experienced complete surrender.I have had my mind renewed and hope restored.I have had several visions After I earnestly sought the heart of the Christ in whom He is called Jesus> Asked for complete change to occur in my mind.To no longer be a slave to the mind of my own carnal nature. The battle is His, not mine. I am not mentally emotionally or psychologically capable of reproducing the results I have witnessed, by my own effort.Only a true living God can show me so much, I have a rare and wonderful blessing of His Grace by communicating with HIM directly.I hope you would go further and ask me to tell you more.I am by worldly means not a visually great person however by the vehicle He has provided for me.You can not help but notice that I am a very short man with glasses standing 5ft tall and average build. I don't make much money but if you see what I do for a living,you will be amazed to see me climb out of a 18 wheeler with a 53 ft trailer on my truck.I work for Swift Transportation as a professional driver.Not all truckers are build like Clint Walker not all drivers have beards, and love to pick up on the Gorgeous waitresses in diners,most all waitresses have their own history and some of that is an example of a hard life.They are tough women and have a heart of gold. Life ain't what you make it.It is what Gods makes of you that is important.It is up to you to ask HIM though. He is the source of my strength.My secret weapon in time of struggle.
