| goofy?? nurse?

Just what does that imply.... well I am a nurse... goofy,, I can be.. Seems that sometime I have to take the goofy approach working with most of my patients. I work with the elderly patients, and my specialty is Alzheimer's disease. So that is the approach that most of them respond to best. You just go along with where they are and who they are at the time, and you do not try to bring them back to your reality, because where they are in their mind is their reality... that is where the goofy came from...
Now a lot of people in my personal life, family and friends spend a lot of time calling me "dimples".
So if you read this blog,,, and you prefer.. I have no objection to that either....
