Sometimes I feel like aging should not have to be such a battle. What the heck does aging gracefully really mean? I think it just sucks.

singasong74	9/2/2008 7:45:41 AM You are only as old as you feel. Exercise and eating right can make all the difference. Now is the time to take care of yourself for a change. Find a friend (like me) and enjoy life.
