| life is complicated

hey everyone.....
my life has been complicated the past 2 weeks. my ex of four years just left my daughter and i and i have a huge problem.... i want to make him pay child support but if i do that then he will have rights to her and i don't want him to because him and his family treat my daughter badly and his niece and nephew hit my daughter in the head all the time and they kick her in the tummy and when i would say something about them being mean to my daughter my ex would get mad then him and i would get into it. i don't know anyone to talk to about any of this so if you have any advice for me then please let me know
