| New, but not cool en ough for the gang...

ok so what am i supposed to do here. i cant chat with anyone, i might be able to email people, but thats it. I cant join forums yet and speak my mind and meet folks. Whats that all about? I came to find some exciting women who id might want to date and they put the cuffs on me like im 16 or something?  Not cool. Well i was able to write the hi im new to this place so show me the ropes post, but thats been it.
