| OK, It is about time!

I put off starting this blog for long enough, but feel the necessity to bore everyone to tears, misery loves company they say.
I am bored to death, I am rarin to go, do something, I looked at fly rods last week and could not believe the prices, almost as bad as fuel
Since the doctor released me to drive and do things, I am like a cat on a hot tin roof!!!!!
The weather here in Reno got a little warm the last few days but the wind has come up tonight and it is supposed to drop down into the 60's (from 90+)
I am still in the horse business, I guess, I thought my stallion was sold, but the gal backed out, so am canceling the lease she had and will go get him or have him hauled up here.
I go tomorrow to pick up my new to me car, I wanted something I could skoot around in with good mpg.
I had an Escort before and just loved it, it had close to 300,000 miles on it when I sorta retired it.
Changed cars in the middle of the stream, wound up with a 1997 Saturn 2 door, 5 speed on the floor, gold colored, rootin, tootin scootin little buggy!

Met a great guy on the site and we have been to dinner & lunch a few times, then last Mon. spent all day on Pyramid Lk. fishing, Thurs, we took his ATV's and went to Mirror Lk in the Sierra's, we fished, had a picnic, just fooled around and enjoyed the wind in the Pines and the waves on the beach it was absolutely gorgeous.
I am thinking of going back to work shortly, only part time, I find I have an appetite for better things more often now that I don't have a bunch of livestock to care for.

What a boring 4th of July week-end I am spending, nothing to do but play on the PC, all my family went to Calif. the last place on earth I want to be anyway.
I sent messages to different people for a get together here just out of Reno, all the guys were interested in was a date, and everyone else said the cost of fuel made it prohibitive for them to attend!!!!
