My favorite "Get Away Place " is the "Block" know to many as Block Island..I either go alone or with friends..The 1st place I head for is Ballards..I spread my blanket, on the beach and then head for the "outside bar "..lol..and dance to the music for awhile..

My "one" and only grand daughter on her 8th grade graduation..6/18/08..I'm so proud of her...Yeppers!!! I am a happy camper, "Summer Time" is here..Now it is time for racing, camping, fishing, riding, working on my tan and spending lazy days by the Pool..etc etc ..lol.."Life is Good"..I love all types of racing..Nascar, Drag Racing and now my attention is focused on Circle Track.. My son started his 1st season last summer at Thompson Speedway..he is in the Mini Stock division..and placed 17th in points out of 42 drivers..Now we are in our 2nd season and he feels more secure and ready to give it his best shot..Of course if you don't want black & blue arms from me squeezing one, don't sit too close to me..lol..taken 5/02/08 ..my friends and I are here at the Sands Resort in Hampton Beach,NH..to see Bret Michaels in concert..
Do you know how long it took to get this beer ??I'm ready for "Girls Nite Out" at the Gaslight Cafe in Dudley,Mass.. The band "Run for Cover" is playing there..Just so happens they are our friends ..3/22/08Anyone can look like a "Glamour Girl" even me ..lol. With my hair pinned up & make-up, it does make me look, shall we say "a lady with a touch of class"..lol..but behind it all "I am a down to earth type gal"
My favorite "Get Away Place " is the "Block" know to many as Block Island..I either go alone or with friends..The 1st place I head for is Ballards..I spread my blanket, on the beach and then head for the "outside bar "..lol..and dance to the music for awhile..My 1200 Custom Sporty..I just sold it in August..Yes, I am going to be sorry I did that especially this summer..But, I have plenty of friends to ride with..and it might be nice to chill out and watch the scenery for a change..Of course I kept all my Harley Clothes and gear ..One never knows they say..lol..I love camping, and fresh water fishing..I used to do Salt Water too..Even if I don't catch anything..I like the peacefulness I get from it....I especially look forward to the "campfire" at night"..One of my favorite "hangouts" is at my son's house, sitting outside on the back deck, by the pool..Having a cool one with my kids & friends..
