Critical review of all carcinogenicity studies conducted on aspartame found no credible evidence that aspartame is carcinogenic. The data from the extensive investigations into the possibility of neurotoxic effects of aspartame, in general, do not support the hypothesis that aspartame in the human diet will affect nervous system function, learning or behavior. Epidemiological studies on aspartame include several case-control studies and one well-conducted prospective epidemiological study with a large cohort, in which the consumption of aspartame was measured. The studies provide no evidence to support an association between aspartame and cancer in any tissue. The weight of existing evidence is that aspartame is safe at current levels of consumption as a nonnutritive sweetener.

| Aspartame is rat poison. There is a mass eugenics program taking place to end your very life as you know it. Anything you read about it in the main stream is of course going to tell you that its ok for you, because your life is a scifi script and they love to lie.
Why do you think the label on a tube of toothpaste says to contact poison control? What are you doing putting poison in your mouth? You believe them when they tell you its good for you don't you? Did you know that the metal tube on the toothpaste is metal on purpose because it actually intensifies the flouride in the toothpaste? Which actually eats holes in your brain and lowers your IQ 20 points.  Did you know that flouride actually weakens your teeth? Did you know that flouride is a toxic waste product from the alluminum industry they get rid of in your body to slowly poison you? Why doesn't the FDA and the AMA tell you about that do you suppose?
