| It's like riding a bike. Once you get out on a dance floor, it comes back! I love dancing! It's just really hard to find a man who does, too. Dancing is good for your health, lifts your spirits and is just plain fun. Can't imagine a life without music and dancing. Yes I can dance.

I agree ldy! I go dancing at least once a week. Several churches here have dances so they are smoke-free and drink-free!

| I've got good rhythm and love to dance - but, not good at formal, programmed stuff. Some older ladies once called me "The White James Brown" at a well-lubricated wedding in the 70's. Went out rock 'n roll dancing as part of my self-prescribed "therapy" during the period after my divorce. Still like to do it...

Yep, I can attest to Colleen being able to pole dance...but as an instructor..well I have to blame it on someone..and this was the best I could do. Thank Goodness, there was not a cam corder around
