I do! Unfortunately, she passed away in October, but my former Mother-in-law was one of the most spectacular women on this earth. I don't know that I have had more respect for anyone in my lifetime as I had for that woman. She gave EVERYTHING, always, to everyone she could. The woman volunteered for schools, baseball, hockey, second language students, seniors, etc. She invited every child to her home for every occasion just to get a treat. She accepted every person's faults no matter how bad. I don't know if I will ever find another on this earth that I could respect more. It's SO sad that she didn't get to stay with us all longer because she touched hundreds. She offered so much to this world! Love you Pat!!

edit: I don't know if I can post this, but just in case it works...here's just a taste of what this woman was to the community...

I love hearing about people who go for what they always wanted! That is something I respect in a huge way too.

Yes, my mother. She raised 7 of us, with out much help from dad. She never raised her voice at us and she always gave good advice. She would give to everyone in the community that needed it, she took care of 8 other children who's parents were constantly drunk and leaving their kids at home alone, she was very active in the church and I could hear her praying every night that she be given one more day with us and the strength to raise us right.

Yes, my Mother. She raised four daughters by herself. (My parents were divorced when I was fairly young.) She instilled in me my sense of compassion, and my ability to be able to love unconditionally.

There is also my girlfriend, Debbie. She battled melanoma for over 3 years. She fought the good fight, but unfortunately it was in vain.
