| Does anyone here understand the edit option for a thread or a post?
I was informed by customer support that you are allowed three weeks to edit a thread that you created or a post that you made.
I have noticed that my post and/or thread does not even allow 24 hours before the edit option is removed????????
I dont understand and I am getting a completely different answer from customer support.

| it depends on the threads themselves, from what i can tell. some threads will allow u to edit up to the 3 weeks, like customer support has mentioned. however, some threads, don't allow any editing whatsoever. i wonder if it's because of the group/forum in which the thread is in. or is possible that the op of the thread can remove the ability to edit in that thread?

Thanks again.

HELLLLLLO Dorthy! I'm in LOVE!
But fallnstar is really hot and I wanted to say hello.
Anyway the edit function varies from thread to thread and post to post.
If nobody posts in a thread it does allow editing for quite awhile. But editing a thread or post after somebody has responded to it really is senseless. And should be disabled altogether since to would disrupt the flow of the discussion.
