| Everyday I am struggling to find a different way to cook the same old stuff !
Let's put our heads together and make it another yummy day !
Give us your tried and true ok??
Here is the first one and this is soooo yummy, melt in your mouth.
CHOCOLATE MELTING CAKE
PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 degrees
Take 4 oz. of at least 62 % cocoa (your favorite chocolate)
1 stick of butter
4 eggs separated
1 Tsbp all purpose flour
1 Tbsp sugar
Powdered sugar for the top after baking
1 tsp vanilla
Put cocoa in a glass bowl or microwavable bowl for 1 minute or until melted
stir till smooth and set aside
Seperate your eggs , all four .....
Beat the yolks
Now fold into chocolate and butter mix, add vanilla and then 1 tbsp flour and
mix until smooth
Now beat whites until stiff (with your sugar) Add more sugar to stiffen if needed
but not a lot.
Gently fold into chocolate mix until barely incorporated into mix
Pour into 4 ramekins Makes servings for 4
Bake about 5 to 7 minutes.....
It will be like lava in the middle or you have over cooked it
Now get out of oven , sprinkle with powdered sugar and add a scoop of your favorite ice cream Yum Yum

| take a cast iron skillet coat it with virgin olive oil,very thin coat, slice up white onion and about half a green pepper, brown the onion and geen pepper. Take two frozen fillets of red fish use a knife and peel the skin off like you used to open a can with the tab key. Let thaw add to bed of onions and pepper lowwww heat, sprinkle with lemon juice and a touch of vinegar, cover. In a seperate pan make brown rice season with lemon pepper, red pepper, basil celery saly and oregano. About a cup of rice will do.I should say about a half pound of red fish huh. While the rice and fich are cooking cut up a cup of Broccoli, a half cup of Califlower, and a couple of stalks of celery. When rice is done pour over fish, add raw vegtables a touch more lemon juice and cover for about 5 minutes turning up the heat just a bit pull it out and eat.Just make sure to remove the skin tahat is why the red fish is frozen, if you dont its a waste.
