Well, ljak72, I've only been on here for a couple of weeks, but on other sites a lot longer. A couple of suggestions that I learned that may help are: 1) Place a happy pic on your profile, sugar attracts more than lemons; 2) Your interests list shy, easygoing, laid back - those aren't things you do, those are descriptions of who you are. Let someone know what you enjoy doing so they have an idea of whether you have common interests. 3) Keep the negative out of your profile - we all know there are lots of negatives in relationships, past, present and future. Give someone the perspective that you have positives you want to share in a relationship. I've chatted with several men over the past year, here locally (I live in Zanesville) and in a broader circle here in Ohio. They are all real men, some just more appealing than others because of the things I've listed above. Still hoping to chat and meet that special someone myself. Until then, I'll just increase my circle of friends. I don't say these things to offend in any way - just hoping to help you reach out and touch the person you're hoping to find. Have a great day!
