NOW Id rather walk or ride a bike because I dont like driving but we are 6 miles from anything... So dont really have a choice.. Stay home when I can and weve been using the train.

kegleaves Mount Juliet, TN age: 29	If it were up to me the groceries and everything we had to get done would come to me.. We are however about to drive 13 hours to florida but all of us are going in one vehicle.. 7 people in one van.. wonder who will die on the way down.

billericachick2 Billerica, MA age: 38	It is amazing the difference. Gas prices in NH is 3.94 and then Mass has it at 4.05 right over the boarder. I won't drive out of my way to get the gas, but when I go up there to drop my kids off at their dads thats when I fill up..... When I'm at one store, I try to make sure I get everything, so I don't have to drive back. Also, driving slower does make a difference..... Also, trying to walk more instead of driving. I walk my kids to summer camp. They complain a little, but now they are riding their skooters and loving it!, and getting exercise too.... Moved in with my parents to help them up, because they were sinking ship because of the gas and food prices....It just amazes me on how high things are getting..... We have to do something you are right! Absolutely!!!!!!

sunnyday7 Longview, WA age: 60	if a family....can grow their own fruits & vegetables...& can them..... & consolidate their trips to the store..&..CAR POOL.......TAKE BUSES..... you will be able to save...... if they SMOKE....THAT IS A HUGE SAVINGS.......
