1. CHANGE THE MEANING OF THE WORDS, SENTENCES OR PARAGRAPHS.
2. ARE NOT USED FOR EMPHASIS.
3. ARE NOT A FORM OF SHOUTING.
CAPITAL LETTERS WERE NOT ALWAYS IN EXISTANCE. IF ONE LOOKS BACK AT THE ANCIENT GREEK FOR EXMAPLE, FOR WHICH MOST OF THE TRANSLATION OF THE BIBLE WAS TAKEN, THERE WERE NO UPPER AND LOWER CASE LETTERS. THEY WERE ALL OF THE SAME CASE. THERE WAS NO DISTINCTION BETWEEN PROPER NAMES, STARTING OF SENTENCES, ETC.

JUST THINK OF IT IN THIS TERMS, MANY BUSINESSES KNOW THIS, YOU CAN SELL PEOPLE ANYTHING. MANY PEOPLE WILL BUY SOMETHING ONCE. NOT ALL, BUT MANY WILL. WHY, BECAUSE THEY DO NOT DO ANY RESEARCH. IT LOOKS NICE ON THE OUTSIDE, THE CLAIMS SOUND GOOD, LETS TRY IT.

some will remember that jingle. Genuine Naugahyde was said to be superior to anything. From car seats to marine upholstery. Honestly, I've been around a very long time in human prespective, and the play on the hyde, not hide, fooled many. I've yet to see the first nauga where they get the hydes from. poor critters.
Whats the old saying? a fool born every day and 10 to take advantage of him?
Most jump on the 'right at this time' sayings to live their lives. Well, preacher this said this, and he's a man of God, so he should know.. haha... satan has more preachers on earth than God..

My point about the all caps is the people that use them think that their point is more important than those who speak instead of shout. They live by "It is the squeaky wheel that gets oiled" or in this case noticed.

| I don't read it. But Knight, you are old enough to know that everyone does everything for a reason and that most of the time, we think that it is for our own personal benifit, even if we are not aware of it.
There is a consenses of the majority that we use our language in certain ways so that we can understand each other. If there is no consenses, we cannot know for sure what the other is trying to say [an example is those who do not use periods to end a sentense or a comma to pause]. It makes the meaning of the words completely different, I am sure you are aware of this not saying you are not. Long before I got a computer, those using then agreeded that caps would be used for shouting. So when we read it we see someone using them we make them aware how it is used in this format, assuming they are new and not aware. If they continue, it is assumed that they mean to be shouting. If Liz was a man you would be quick enough to tell him what all caps means. I sure would. In life I do not let a man shout at me because he is a man or good looking. Would you allow a woman, pretty or not? No one needs to answer, just be honest to yourself, and don't correct me for standing up for the language of the internet, please.

| All caps just makes it hard for these o'eyes to read, all the words just start to run together. Therefore I usually don't read it. I would rather focus on what's being said and not spending much of my time trying to make out the words. Nothing personal about it. jmho
