None the less I have no doubt , I will enter the gates of heaven and not only that , but will remain in heaven with my saviour Jesus Christ!! Im not sure what "your" bible is, but mine is the Holy Bible,Old king james version , just in case that matters to you.

| rlynn, It doesnt matter which holy bible, I said that because you made and emphasis on "your" bible, I meant no offense and I have taken no offense, this is an on going qeustion, that many ask or try to judge christians on. Im not saying you are judging me, just making a point. However, I do realize smoking isnt healthy for anyone, country doesnt mean , dumb. I would like to quit smoking, but flesh is weak . Untill GOD convicts me in my heart otherwise, I dont consider it keeping me from making it to Heaven.

I quit smoking pot and cigarettes same day after 13 years of weed day and night.It is a battle of the flesh.

You topic suggest cigarettes, but could you not add eating too much ice cream? Red meat? drinking too much coffee, or cokes, or beer? heck, just over eating period? being a glutton as I know I am with some things?
i know cigarettes are easy because every one condemns smokers now. its ok for none smokers to get taxes raised, sin taxes, for those of us who smoke. Now, do you condemn me for continuing to write my congressman for that same sin tax on icecream? Margarine, which was developed during WW II to coat the plywood ships were made of? (other than food coloring, there is not much difference in the original formula and the one you use to spread on your toast today.)
So many things are not only bad for us, but horrible for us. And we keep sucking down those soda pops. (not me though)
we know smoking his bad. now, tell us what's next?

| I do believe that Christians who smoke will be allowed into heaven....but I'm pretty sure that they'll be leaving the cigarettes behind.
