| I think it is known that the historical jesus was not born "December 25".further more if jesus was really born in the historical 12th month of the year,then December aka"DECEM" would actualy be the 10th month of the year.And if jesus was not born dec-25,then are you really celibrating?Ninus

| My moms birth certicate was destroyed in a fire and to this day does not know if its the 8th or 9th of August.We celebrate both days for her, She Deserves it!!!
Christmas day is celebrated in so many different ways by so many different people....
1-For kids! The "magic" of Santa has lived on and hopefully will, for a very long time!
2-For adults! A time to share in and share with,the ones you love by giving a gift w/love.
3-For Christians! A day to celebrate His birth and be ever grateful for the "gifts" of "grace" and "salvation"!....................peace

My "theory" on Christmas day,was just that..."my theory" and "my beliefs" and "my opinion",,,no more no less!
The "Holy Bible" is a "Holy Book" to better see and possibly understand the,"beginning","middle" and "end" of "creation" by God,under God,and for God.
It is "based" on" facts"(known to the people of "that time")and should not be taken "litterally" or "factually"!
I see the"Bible" as a 'tool" for what and how a person may "benifit" their lives,using "God The Almighty" as their "guide",and "trusting" people, who have been truly "Blessed" and "touched" by the "Hands of God" before us! .............peace

| does it actually matter the exact date, the fact that he existed
and how, is what is relevant. With a name as satanself..I can not
comprehend why you would care if christians are worshiping a lie.
I would think Satan as he exists or doesn't exist would prefer that
christians were not worshiping the true God. So why does it matter
to you???

It could be argued that Satan did not cause the downfall of man (humankind), but instead made us into Gods, with the knowledge of good and evil.
