| it all happened because she has a real good friend that is a guy and she told me it was a girl. she has not seen him in a long time. she figured if she told me that it was a guy that i would think something is going on between them. she assures me that all they are is friends so i am going to trust her and keep working on a relationship with her.

| hard; I am going through the same thing but i am going to kick her ass to the curb, life is too short not to have trust in any relationship. I am just going to give up and be happy that i can travel anywhere and anytime i want now. I can make it on my own.

| You can't judge all women the same. Like I cannot judge all men the same. It wouldn't be fair. I have been in your shoes but from men lying to me and yet I still try not to judge men as all the same. When I step in crap, I scrap it off and move on.

| Hi Good, I am no expert, but I have to tell you, I see a big red flag there. If she didn't trust you enough to tell you that she had a friend who happen's to be a man, it make's me wonder what else she is hiding. You have got to be honest and upfront from the start, otherwise it just raise's question's like this and then it snowball's.If he is just a friend, like she said, then why lie and say it's a girl? If it was me, I sure would be wondering what else she may have lied about. Good Luck with it......

| good luck with that...there are three things that your new mate must have...she must have integrity, must be flexible, and be a giver...if she is missing any one of those, do not consider having a serious relationship...not to say that you couldnt have fun and hang out and do other stuff, until you found the woman with all three...keep looking...that is the fun of it all...go get yourself a girl friend and tell her it is a guy...tit for tat, women know about tit for tat and expect it...yes, they do keep score...

| Guys get treated that way the same reason girls get treated that way. Gullible! No offense, but I've fallen for it, too. Once bitten twice shy. It's possible her relationship is truly platonic, but I'd have to see them together before I would just take her back no questions asked, since you think it's worth saving.
Personally, I'd be most skeptical.
