-it's cheaper ( especially over x-mas )
-less drama
-less headaches
-less chance of her cheating and giving me an STD
-I do what I want when I want with who I want all the time
-none of this "where is this headed?" stupid Grey's Anatomy bullshit
-no watching Grey's Anatomy
-no talking about Grey's Anatomy
-I can jerk off any time I want observing the skanks on Grey's Anatomy with the TV muted
-no dealing with PMS

amen to this. been there and done that. and yeah, it can get lonely sometimes, the lonliness quickly goes away cuz im so busy w other parts of my life. but if i have the chance to meet someone that doesnt drive me insane, then it'll be nice to not be single. but there r pros to being single such as....
for example:
1.) i can do things on my own time when i want
2.) not answering to someone else
3.) not picking up after someone else. it's one less person to have to do that for.
4.) dont have to argue about money cuz its my money now, not his
5.)its much more quieter and peaceful
6.) dont have to fight about the TV shows
7.)i have a whole bed to myself and someone not hogging it all
8.)not being pressured into the mood for sex if i dont want to
9.) can food shop for things i like and i buy less food and less mess to clean up afterwards
10.) and last but not least, IF i need a "man" fix in whatever form that may be, i can somehow arrange that and still come home alone if i so choose.
BUT i wouldn't mind sharing all of the above w/someone if it was the right person and he's not driving me insane. cuz nobody wants to grow old alone or of a broken heart...so sad. but being single teaches one to be an independent person, so that when u meet someone to share your life w, then its a blending of two people's lives into one w/out losing yourself and who u are.
