| who in here still has contact w/ the ex's ex wife?
i know it sounds weird but, i got out of a relationship w/ a guy who had kids...
anyways, i still talk to the kids and their mother ( his ex wife). we are good friends and i always send them b-day presents// christmas presents. is that strange?
does anyone else do it?
oddly enough i sent them something and their father didn't.. i felt so bad about that. i went as far as to put his name on the cards so they don't feel bad.
maybe it's just me i dunno, but i am curious to see if anyone else actually does this..

| I used to do the same for my ex`s kids. She never did much for them and they deserved better (she hasn`t even seen our daughter in 4 years). It just kinda stopped as they grew up. But I still do talk to them and see them when they aren`t busy. Teenagers seem to be to busy for us "old farts".  Probably a good thing.
BTW, the ex`s ex was just a womanizing horses ass. Couldn`t stand him.
Kids were great though. They all liked me better than both of their parents.
That was pretty sad.
BTW Allarrimer, you are finer than frogs hair.

I made peace with all my ex's. Most I am not in contact with, with a couple I am, but that is fairly rare.
It's all good, knowing we are not enemies or carrying any grudges.
I applaud those above me for their efforts, especially where the kids are concerned!

and there is nothing wrong with that if its peaceful/with----respect

| Hey Gawd! Hahahah I know you were kidding, but just in case any body's interested.....
Well a couple ex-husbands....got married too young, right out of high school, got married at 18 and divorced at 22, the first time. At age 27, I remarried. The second turned out to be a drunk & beat me! Legally divorced after 3 1/2 yrs.
So for many, many years I remained single, and have lotsa ex-boyfriends! So, shoot after hubby # 2, I had little time, energy, or patience for any BS from any man, as I had two daughters to raise. If the BS started, & they wouldn't stop..I had to move on.
Oh yeah, fyi none of them were in & out of my house, as there was no revolving door on my bedroom either. I went outside my home to see them. Hey, I was young & sexy & single....so I did as I pleased. Who can blame me.
Looking back...I would have changed alot! Nothing I can do about that now! Oh well!

| 2 arranged, don't speak with...3, don't deal with him but his ex wife for the kids sake...gotta do football homecoming soon with her..she annoy me but, we do it for the kids. 4,don't speak to unless i happen to see him..keep it light,social and brief.5,in Europe so, don't have to deal with him..I let the Embassy keep that one!

| Actually I don't think she said the ex she was talking about their ex-wife, and yes my second husbands' ex-wife and I are best of friends we go a lot of places together and she and her husband now are a memember of our friends circle we all get together one weekend a month. Of course I have nothing to do with him because of the abuse toward me when he and I were married.

| thats cool you guys do that very nice, i'm to nice my x asked if he could put 33 ft trailer on my land and i said yes, he never i there always in my home, which is getting old fast. i can be busting my ass to fix something and he always got a reason not lift a finger. right now on my sofa watching my big sceen tv, not a good thing, but when it comes to kids that is just so nice.
