| SO I got some really good pics of me on my camcorder, now I cant get the pics to transfer to my computer! The USB is all hooked up, the software is downloaded. But when I set the camcorder to the memory card like Im supposed to, and hook up the USB, I get a screen on the camcorder that says "USB Mass Storage"
Is anyone out there camcorder/computer savvy?

| Flaash, can you use a Window$ Explorer window and see if you can navigate to the Camcorder storage?
What is your software doing and is it running on your PC?
Do you know if your computer has USB 1 or 2? (different versions of USB, connection looks the same but 2 is faster and some USB 2.0 devices will not talk over a USB 1.0).
