| Damm. I have done some intense models before, but those are sweet. I'm guessing those aren't your hobby store kits.
thanks Nick! the purple 64' impala with the reverse lambo doors had over 600 bucks invested in it alone..but it is originally from Toys R-us and bought it for about 20 bucks..I know you all are thinking..ok so whats in and on the car that adds up to that..lol..here's a list of things on this car that I put on.there was nothing left on the car that was un touched at all
paint

2 coats of pearlecent purple paint
murals of my name and a skull on the hood and mural on the trunk
custom painted wheels and spinners
chassis/suspension

all suspension parts were chrome plated or painted red or purple
fully adjustable suspension, front lifts,lowers,tilts to one side, it can even do individual corners,rear is the same way..
audio
----------
2 sets of skull kandy headphones converted and modiefied to run off of eachother and a mp3 splitter covered in Purple crushed velvet 2 speakers are in the trunk and 2 are in the c*ckpit
interior
----------
completely purple crushed velvet..front chairs turn 360 degrees, the center console goes from the front dash board all the way to the rear love seat and turns into a table, gold steering wheel,gold pedals,covered dashboard
engine
---------
gold and chrome plated, hood has velvet underneath it
wheels & Tires

13x7" custom painted metallic red spokes and the wheels and tires are converted to work like real knock offs to display the chrome axle behind it.
I won 1st place with this model at a lowrider car show in Upper Marlboro ,MD

| and the F-150 pickup was heavily modified..because it was too "stock" for me lol...so I body dropped it, threw on some wheels "20's in scale size"..and shaved all 5 handles including the hatch handle and the taillights..I got the taillights from a Acura RSX model..turned out pretty crazy lol..and eventually I pulled the front clip and switched it with a chevy suburban grille,bumper and headlight assembly..alot of the models I do is normally diecast, just to be different..my show winner 64' is actually a diecast model..it's 1/18 scale too..which makes it insane for it's class...and the fact I won the First Place trophy on its debut at any show was awesome.

| Nice customs.. I built model cars back in the 60s and it's amazing how many hours it takes to build what you want. Your detailing sounds and looks awesome.
