| Hi there. I have been around a while, and have met a few very good people here, but have not introduced myself formally.
My name is Jim, and I am from Findlay, Ohio. It weems I am in an area of the state that not many people are single, or they just don't come to this site. I find that I am about 50 miles from loneliness, and alone. (Or that is how it seems.)
I am 57 yrs old, and have been divorced for 2 1/2 yrs. I am a very active person, and am looking for someone to start living my life with. I enjoy day trips on the weekend, and even weekend trips. I like going to Flea Markets and Amish Country, shopping for interesting things. My passion is local history of out of the way places, or history that turned our lives.
I also enjoy going out to local taverns for Karoake or live bands. My music interests are from Southern Gospel to Country to Old Time R&R to Jazz to Swing......the list goes on. I DO NOT listen to anything that makes me feel like I have to beat my head agains the wall, or rap. I believe that music is a form of communication that is better understood if you can understand what the artist is saying. Music touches my soul, and I wish I could sing in front of a crowd, as I do enjoy music.
I am looking to meet someone in the area that is within easy travelling distance, so we can spend time together and get to know each other. I am hoping to find someone in a 50 mile radius of myself. The closer we are, the more time we might spend together. I am not looking for a weekend fling, I am looking for someone to be part of my life.
