| Id like to think that my pics represent myself on a day to day basis
and the only one of me thats less than 3 months old is one of me topless and in the garden that,s about 2 mayb 3 years old i lost alot mass then went back to 19 stone , hurt my shoulder did not train for 4 months ,
I look like crap in that pic glad i got the mass back training back and back up to 23 stone
