| Single mom of two here, I hear what you are saying. There are too many people out for themselves. They want to know: "What do I get out of this?" "How does this benefit me?"
Too much of the populus is interested in the I in individual. It's time to focus on the U. I focus to start with on God, then my boys, then on other family and friends. I also enjoy volunteering when time allows, and I've got several Charities that I am involved in raising money for. I come last, I get what's left over. Whatever time, money, attention is left for me is what I have. I hope that I can find that one person that also focuses on the U, and maybe we can give each other that time and attention to each other. This will both relieve some of the pressure of life, and offer consolation and love to both parties.
