| My son was born in Korea and we flipped the doctor a little extra money to put a few extra stitches in and make it tighter........it was alright for a while,but they stretch right back out again, so it's not a permanent thing. Alot of women are fairly tight till they cum and then the bottom falls out of it. Nobody's perfect and we all just do the best with what we've got is the way I look at it. I guess a person could take it to a machine shop and have a bushing made for it or a sleeve maybe.
