| I am by no means the largest guy in the world, but i an above average. I have been with some women who were shall i say less then snug, and one i could not get into.
The woman i could not get into, had recently had a child, and had a couple of marry wedding stiches. So i do not really think you can attribute being "(loose)" to having children.
I have also been with women who were extremely shallow, and i do not mean attitude, i man depth. one woman was bottomless as far as i am concerned, while others i could not go all the way in. Once again i do not think you can attribute this to having children.
As to the ops question yes size does matter.

| as a nurse i know there are things a woman to to to strenghten the muscles of her vagina without surgery. not only does this improve for lack of a better word "tightness" it also makes orgasms more powerfull. the exercise is called a kegel ( i didnt name it ) what it does is strenghten the muscels of the pelvic floor doing the things listed above and also helps prevent incontinence at later ages (added bonus lol) what you do is squeeze the muscles that you use when your holding your urine. good ways to practice are to stop the flow of urine when voidin (peeing for those not medically acclimated ) or by just doing it when sitting at a red light or at you desk at work. feel free to research more about kegels on site like webmd.com or by talking to you physician.

There are ways to work around that problem so that both partners are still capable of equal enjoyment/pleasure and still achieve orgasm. | No, it rarely makes a difference.
First, Octomom had a "C" section as is the case with almost all litters and about 50% of all births today. This, of course has no effect on the veejayjay.
Second, it almost always returns to its original size.
Third, the dept is limited because of the cervix and the walls by the pelvic girdle.
Fourth, almost every woman after a few minutes of intercourse is loose and wet or else a man's penis would be so sore that he wouldn't take one more stroke after the 5th.
Fifth, even anal sex results in the opening and tract expanding to a level that there is less and less friction.

But I can remember watching something were they were talking about that surgery and I guess it can lead to problems for the woman though they may have found a way to resolve the problems... Luckily I am one of those women that can, but as far as the question. Several years ago I was dating a guy that was rather small and he commented on my size so I went to my gyno and asked about having the surgery. He checked me and told me that I was just the right size and that if I ever dated anyone bigger that it would be painful for me. Thank God I took my doctors advice against the surgery, got rid of the guy(not for that reason though), and have not had a problem with it since. JMO
