Not that it would be necessary for a guy to know, but if you woud like to educate your girlfrends, kegel exercises do NOTHING for the tightness or the muscle conrol of the "It".
The muscle excersises which a woman should do daily, is tightening the muscles which control peeing.
It practically feels like you are trying to stop and hold your pee...holding it for a few seconds, then releasing them. The more you gain conrol of your muscles, the more you can find each individual one and practice from the deep end to the very opening edge.
For a man it would be just like a milking sensation and extremely enjoyable.
kegel exercises are for the anal muscles. It is something which helps women who have just had a baby to gain conrol of and tighten the anus and become more regular.
It has nothing to do with sex...unless of course that area is a part of your sex life. To hold your pee-that is kegel exercise , used for females with involuntery incontinense.
