Luckily I am one of those women that can, but as far as the question. Several years ago I was dating a guy that was rather small and he commented on my size so I went to my gyno and asked about having the surgery. He checked me and told me that I was just the right size and that if I ever dated anyone bigger that it would be painful for me. Thank God I took my doctors advice against the surgery, got rid of the guy(not for that reason though), and have not had a problem with it since. JMO

Things to remember: That part of the female body is desined for child bearing. The following will give you a much better understanding and also a test you can take to better help you understand.
Stop at the store and pickup a 2 litre coke.

Now compare: The average child at birth is about the same size as the 2 litre coke.

Ummm...I think some of the problem with women is the "elasticity" (sp?) factor. Oct. mom's babies were basicly very small babies...think about it. Also alot depends on damage to tissue, and nerves, and under lying tissue...and the DOCTOR that does the repair work. After a birth, where we had to "cut" we use to "add" a few stitches as a bonus to dad, etc...lol!! As for other women, the vagina will adjust to what it is use to, and decrease with out use...spice of life I guess....
