| I just broke up with this guy from SC. I lived in GA. A short time after we met. He only wanted to be with me exclusively. So I stop talking to the other men I had met on eHarmony. He told me that he had never dated a woman like me before. I understand why. I am not being conceited. But I'm an attractive woman. He's not. Were like Christie and Billy Joel. I made the mistake of showering him with gifts on his birthday. And treated him like a king. Shortly after we met. He told me that if I really cared about him that I would leave my laptop with him SC. I live in GA. So he wouldn't be lonely while I wasn't there. Ya Right. I'm not stupid. I should have known then. What a royal loser he was. My intution told me that something was up. He had given me a key to his new apartment. Which I paid for to make. The next time I tried to use my key it wouldn't work. I asked him if he changed the locks. He said no. I finally figured out that he changed the key on my key chain. It was down hill from then. I stopped trusting him. With good reason. My intution told me he was up to something. I found out he had been with his ex-girlfreind in every sense of the word. They broke up because she cheated on him with her current boyfriend. And now they are cheating on her current boyfriend and me. He would rather be with a woman who played, cheated, and treated him like crap. When we were dating he accused me of dating another man. I've never cheated on a man that I've dated. I forgot the best part. He told me if I broke up with him he wouldn't give me back my things that I left there. When I asked him to pay for the comforter I left there or give it back. He told me that when I get my comforter back it would have a whole in it. What a winner I picked.

| Wow,sounds familiar.Be glad you woke up sooner than later.That's why i would never involve myself seriously with anyone that lives more than an hour away.Too complicated.Never had much luck with long distance.Although, i believe this guy has issues regardless of distance.Good luck to you.

| I don't think distance had anything to do w/ this. It didn't work because he's a "cheater." The first sign that a guy is cheating is when he accuses you of cheating. IMO

| I agree with kathy- I dated a guy out of state and everytime I didnt answer the phone he accused me of cheating. Long story short he got busted with his BS-he had 4 of us he was stringing along- and that is just the ones I had talked to-who knows how many more.
