| Definitely go with Meemee's advice. If you've got second thoughts about it do not agree to the date in the first place. If you back out of a date then you're hurting someone and it might be yourself. Frequently things warm up those cold feet once you meet the person. One good idea is that if you've got any hint of second thoughts then don't make the date on he spur of the moment but a few days away...then, if you have reason to not make the date you can cancel politely.
