Both in chat rooms and in dating forums I find the women I'd like to meet are cynnical,and seem to expect their date to have everything they wrote in their profile. Yet these women seem to choose just the opposite.Has our world really become that screwed up

i'm going to go out on a limb here and say your picking the "women you want to meet" based mostly on looks because if you took the time to get to know them a little first then you wouldn't want to meet them because they are " cynnical and screwed up " JMO

You're way out there on that limb be careful. No matter the looks they want ready made men on their profiles and if we don't fit all the requirements they don't even want you to contact them. I've had some beautiful women in my life and they all were somewhat shallow.I've had some women who may not be considered beautiful in the eyes of society but were beautiful to me and they were screwed up with insecurity. All i wanted was to enjoy dinner, conversation, and a movie and all i got was men are dogs, and i hate womanizers, and this went from exec type women to women not making much money so you need to come in off that limb before it breaks and you fall

hell thats ok i live out on a limb and yes i use to falling it hurts for a min. but then you pick yourself up and climb right back out there... i understand what you mean about it doesn't matter what race,religion,size,beauty,or finacial bracket they happen to be in all people (not just women) have thier bad qualities. i think the ready made mate is a dream we all have that perfect person who fully complettes who you are . i don't think that person is out there waiting i think they have to be made. by this i mean the two of you have to be willing to put in enough work to help complette each other.. i to thought that the women i wanted to talk to wouldn't give me the time of day but you just have to be patient and it'll all work out , it has for me so that means it can for anyone

now on this we can agree, but don't u have to communicate somewhat before we judge a person. I'm far from perfect but I think I should be given the chance to see if a woman thinks I'm the pig she deems most men to be.

take it easy ewhopper. Maybe part of your discontent is on yourself for worrying about what others think and working on improving those things you can improve. Women don't expect anything more from us men than we expect from them. It is alot more difficult for women in the dating world than it is for men. Women need to be picky. They see a man as a potential father of their children, or at least a man who isn't going to abuse, ridicule, or disrespect them. They screw up just like us men do. If you aren't in some woman's expectations or on her short list of potential mates, then so be it. If its meant to be, it will be, if not, then in eternity, you will be loved by more woman than you can ever imagine.

i agree with some of that but we single dads have the same concerns about abussive women
or ones that are kinda out there you know wierd when things don't go there way lol
