| im new to this dating thing was married for years . been on this site for a few months and seen the threads on people being play (men and women alike)so i just want to ask if my thoughts are right. i have been talking to a gentlemen on here for a couple of weeks we seem to get on well,he didnt have a picture or a profile (the site said it was hidden) so i was careful not to take anything to heart that he said,but we had some laughts earlier this week we were chatting and kidding about me going to see him (he was over 1300 miles away) we chatted along time that evening. then i didnt hear from him for a few days no big deal i work and hes in a different time zone so i didnt think anything about it. but i did send him a email to say hi. i got one back this morning telling me he wouldnt be on for 2/3 weeks he was moving. and could be hook upm for awhile. i just wonder if i had fallen for his line if i was being played.i have been told by some men on here that im to careful, but am i

| Girl in order to be played you have to be involved physically, you do knows this is all in fun, unless you actually have spent time with the person, and he stops calling or stop seeing you for some unknown reason then you have been played. Just have fun and talk to every guy or gal whatever blows up your skirt you come across. it's all game

To get played by a guy you have to sleep with him. A few hour chatting and a few phone call conversation (from a guy 1300 miles away) comes no where near being played. If you think you got played, you are in for a huge disappointment, now that you are back in to the dating scene.
If you think you just got played...Expect to be played a lot.

| I understand questioning your instincts wantto. It is that old but How do ya knoooooooow? (Sommersby) thing.. amplified when dealing with the internet. You can't use all of your senses here, so you really, really have to listen to your heart. If your heart says something is wrong, then it is!... even if you want to try to talk yourself out of it.
I question myself all the time, but see it all quite clearly for others. You questioned it all enough to ask if you were played. If there is ANY doubt about an INTERNET connection then you move on!

| I've known people here that have moved and they go away for a short time but come back. If you've been talking on the phone he should still be able to talk but if he is using a pc then they're not that easy to hook up while in transit. Give him the time. It's not that long.
