| when can i plant more green beans i planted them in the before spring time down here in austin tx and they did great for several months till it got way to hot with highs near 104 for the past few weeks now and they started to die off on me even when i water them and feed them is it to late to plant more since it really hot and if did plant more would they even make it in this heat now thanks.

| look on the seed package and see if it tells you a time period for production. look at the average early frost for your area back up apx 2-3 wks and then back up production length. that will give you a good estimate in your area as to when you can plant late crops.

| I know we not get a frost or freeze till late in october usually here and it says on it plant after the soil has warmed here and to plant from spring to midsummer but not sure how often you plant them and if you could replant them in the same area that i did the first time there but also if they could with stand the heat as well?

| Since the climate varies so much in the different regions of us gardeners, I would check with a good local
nursery, garden club, or someone around who seems to have a great garden. Save me some green beans and ham!
