| How can you possible move on when you carry Hate, Hurt, and a very Bitter Attitude. How can you possibly find love again if your heart is not healed enough to let another Soul in? Some of the posts I read really make my heart hurt for the OP's and some of the Posters. I don't have Hate..I've been thru hell like alot of you..I hope you can find Peace in your lives and let Love Happen.

Hate is a most powerful, negative energy word..... I can truthfully say I have never hated anyone in my life.
For what happened to me, I bear the Ex no ill will whatsoever. On the other hand, I do not wish to see or hear from her again. That is not a matter of healing.... just a simply matter of her negative actions....... and the natural consequences attending thereto.....

| I don't really hate anyone..........I have been played a fool many times by men on this site and I think I have bounced back pretty well considering. It isn't hate that holds us back. Even if you heal and bounce back there is still the lesson learned and for some of us that means putting up a wall. I don't hate the players I just hate the game and have decided to sit on the sidelines until I can handle the game or at least play on the same level.

| It took me a long time to let go of the anger that had for my ex, but once I relized that all that anger was destroying me I just let go and my life changed over night. I just put all that anger in Gods hands and let him deal with it for me. Now I dont feel anger I feel sorry for her , she married a much younger man and he took every thing she had ,and now she is homeless.

| Some people can deal with stuff and some can't. Imagine the survivors of the Nazi concentration camps and what they had to deal with. But you get on with your life. Some indulge themselves longer than others, but most people pick up the pieces and get back in the game.
A very few don't. I would not attempt to give these people advice in this environment. They need Professional help and not a consensus of understanding.

| the first person we have to learn to forgive and love is ourselves.... if we can do that, we can forgive and love others too. we all have a part in failed relationships - forgiving myself and learning to accept me for who i am was the first step in feeling good and gaining the ability to share with others.....
